Update on SERVE services as a result of coronavirus
As we support vulnerable older people in the community, we are taking all possible steps to reduce the risk of spreading infection in line with government requirements. Our staff are taking all practical precautions while continuing to provide key services.
Home Care services continue
The dedication and professionalism of care workers is something to be celebrated in these difficult times. We are pleased to see the government acknowledge care staff as key workers. Thanks to all of you for your incredible work keeping vulnerable people safe and healthy.
Our team will be providing personal care visits during this period, as close as possible to the original care plan. We have a continuity plan in place, and all clients will be kept updated with any developments.
