Groups and activities

We offer a range of services to keep the mind and body active, based at our Wellbeing Centre in Rushden and our Day Centre in Higham Ferrers.  Our current timetable is at the bottom of the page, contact us for availability and to find out more.

Chair-based Yoga Class

Join us at Oundle Bowling Club for a gentle yoga class.  Learn breathing techniques, postures, balance, stress-reduction, relaxation and meditation.  Develop and increase body and breath awareness, improving health and wellbeing and reducing stress.  Transport is available from our friends at Volunteer Action.

Computer sessions

Learn to email, video call, shop online and more in our weekly class!

Craft group

A creative session making greeting cards and other fun things!

Fabricopia sewing group

Enjoy patchwork, crochet or knitting with friends.

Movement to Music

Gentle exercise to promote healthy body and mind.

Musical Moments

A group for those with dementia and their carers.  Sing along with friends through the decades, starting back from the 1940s.

The SERVE Community Forum

Ask questions, share your views and have your say!  Guest speakers and a varied programme of events at our quarterly forums held at St. Peter's Church Hall.  Contact us for details of the next meeting.

Short Mat Bowls

Whether you would like to start something new, take part in an activity, socialise, or benefit from some gentle exercise – come along and give it a try.

Volunteer led sessions for all abilities at the newly refurbished Oundle Bowling Club.

Stronger Seniors

For balance and strength, this is an NHS-approved course.

Tea Dance

A trip down memory lane, old-time sequence dancing with tea and homemade cake.
